hand made corn tortillas
At Holy Taco, we serve handmade corn tortillas from single origin, heirloom, nixtamalized blue corn masa. Each corn tortilla is weighed, pressed and cooked right on our front kitchen line where our team assembles your tacos, enchiladas and more. The nixtamal process adds important nutrients and flavor to the tortilla and has been an important source of nutrients for people in the Americas for thousands of years.
